Data Base management system is a special type of software for crearing, organising and assessing data from a data base. It is a centralization and management of data in a logical way so that web browers can retrive and update the data from DBMS.
In the above example, data is stored in tables made up of one or more colums with unique data while the value from each colum of a data is called recordor row.
As the data is created, organized ,grouped, pdated and retrieved in a logical manner, the colum of the data or the special field must not be duplicated but correct and complete so that the data can be analysed and retrieved to be the meaningful data.

On the other hands, it is a pull market that the users usually begins the process of contacting the company.They often seek information on the web site and pull the market message towards them.Some forms of online marketing communication can succeed in catching and hloding the users' interest by video, RSS, widget and mobile marketing, for instance.
HSBC's RSS provides its customers a standard way of software programme to check a series of RSS feeds for new items on an ongoing busioness. Hence, the uesrs can see any latestupdates without visiting each of the website themselves.
The RSS and widget regarding forex and data of investment funds, for example, provide fast and accurate financial data to its customers.
Whenever the customers use the HSBC web site, the extensive data about every customer can be recorded, collected and analysed in terms of the perception of products and services.

If a client uses the same airline the second time, the client will be more satisfied in case the client's represetative knows the client genral personal data. The client does not need to spend much time to explain his preference such as his preference sitting close to the exit door.
If the customer is satisfied with the service, he will have high chance to use the same airline again and introduce his friends to use it.
With this words of mouth which is free the advertising and increase of the number of clients in long term, the revenue of the airine comany will increase.

Pizza Hut is one of the companies which I admires and it makes business more progress by using information technology.

Information technology helps develop its new products and services and helps bring the competitive advantage.

Orginallly from USA,Pizza Hut has been in services over 5o years.With keen competition on the food and beverage's business, Pizza Hut has to make its food ,especially the Pizza, much more tasty and delicious before with special nich on the market by using the informationsystem to research over the commpeitive market in term of the ways to cook and to choose food materials.

With hundred thousands of ways on cooking techniques over the world, information system can shorten its time to research ,help analyse the suitable cooking technique and deveope its own speciality on the food and beverage market.

Through the analysis from information system, the selling price of Pizza Hut's products can almost be always set at the equilibrium price which matches the supply and demand of the market in order to fully utilize its resources and minize the wastage.

Moe than than that, Pizza Hut always do the questionarie with its customers asking their taste and preference. Through the complicated analysis on the qualitative and quantitative research on the customers' preference, business can be further progressed in terms of revenue and good view.In Pizza Hut's menu, there are now many different style of pizzas including Super ,American, Canadian and Vevetarian style etc. with hundreds of choices of toppings which suit different customers's choices.Those are the result with the help of information system.

Information system helps bring the operational efficiency by using the real time quotation over the major different departments within the group.Customers have now more choices to order Pizza's foods. They can walk in the shop in the traditional way ,order foods by telephone or internet through e mail. When orders are made, the kitchen receive the order through information system and hence prepare the cooking at the same time and as a result the time of ordering can be saved a lot. In order words, operational efficiency can be easily achieved.By the end of the day after the cooker report to the retail shop manager the remaining storage of the food materials in the kitchen,the manager can order shortage of the food materials immediately afterwards through again information system.
